You are all very welcome, thanks for turning out in the drizzle, made my day to see some nice cars, especially mandys wow what a nice car.

Was made up that news got round in the local area that there was "A layby full of fast Nissans" in tod that brought the 200sx drift guys out for look !. I will organise another for next month too, see you all again soon.

Cheers Ian, it was great that news went out across networks to say there were lots of fast Nissan's in the lay by, good news travels fast hey.....lol.

Where was the invite guys???? Lol. Let me know when you are all attending again maybe I could arrange my place when she is up and running.

We were saying today there seems to be a lot of members around Manchester but not many go to the meets. Will be great if we can get a bit more active!! And nothing is better for motivating people than a really good bacon butty!! See you next time .

I would be made up if we could fill both laybys with Z's, but am i thinking too big that would be 30 cars easy :punk::punk::punk:, would cost me a fortune in bacon butties too good job the butty van is my sisters ehh.

lol, it would cost you a small fortune, but it would be nice to see others turn up for the next one, we don't want a greedy reputation.....lmao.

No, all jokes aside, it would be great if we could get some more there for you buddy, I know what it is like organising these kind of things, it's hard work. But I must say to everyone, it's worth the trip for the delicious bacon butties laid on by Karen.

Cheers Ian I do fail to look in the meets section. Next month ill be rolling over in my Astra as my Zed wont be ready for a couple of months.

Have been meaning to get to some to put faces to names etc. Bacon butties on a Sunday morning.... What more can I guy want mmmmm.

To be honest guys the lack of meets is probably my fault as my REO'ing isn't that good.

At one time there were very few members in the Manchester area but there seems to be more and more. Perhaps it might be better if someone else nearer the area were to take over REO'ing. To be honest I'm not even sure how someone else gets nominated for it. I'm joint with Turb0z but Pete isn't often on the forums anymore and I don't even have a zed anymore and whilst we live further north I'm over an hour from Manchester which makes it harder as there are next to no members near me apart from Steve in Morecambe.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the matter?

I hear you mate - and I fully understand your predicament, especially as you no longer have a ZX......

.......And that does seem true Mandy!! So, not that I want to kick Quavey out, does anyone else fancy stepping up to the role of REO for the North West? There are some very active members from the region at present so please let me know! Feel free to drop me or Voddy a PM on the subject..

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Here's a vid I took and then one of the 200SX that joined us later as mentioned above.

He's going to JAE, so I invited him to pop by our stand, so we'll see you there Mark :thumbup1:.

Cheers for the video's Andy. And I am sorry I forgot to mention, but meant to: - If it wasn't for seeing Andy driving in the opposite direction to us, and subsequently turning around to catch us up (Mandy Jr and I) we might actually still be looking for the place now.....lmao, so cheers again Andy.

We weren't lost. We were just going an alternative route in the wrong direction!!

We wasn't lost we knew where we was going but Tomtom decided to take us a differant way
