Has anyone ever used this before. Refurbing some wheels and want to spray the centre caps chrome but don't want it to look cheap so might get it done professionally instead. Read some reviews about halfords chrome paint and they say it scratches really easily.

I've used it and only a very silver looking finish.... "Chrome" would be a slight exaggeration...

 

but for £8 it might be worth testing.... see how you feel..

Yeh I was thinking I might aswel give it a go. The rims are chrome so they will make the caps look even worse if its a bad job.

I'm debating whether to get the rims done aswel. They've come up well with the polish but seeing how I've gotta pay out for the bolts I might as well get them done properly so they last longer.
