I must say, this is the first car I've owned and keep my eye on the fuel gauge as often as I do on the speedo. But you know what i wont change it for the world.

i reckon i do gallons per mile... not miles per gallon. :)

gotta admit with these zes, I ha a flick around the old autotrader and I couldnt find anything under 10k I'd rather have.. The only other motors taking my fancy were the 370z's.. but find one under 16k and i'll chew your arm off. 350z just doesnt quite do it for me.. i've had an rx7 twin turbo, driven subaru's, dont like GTO's as much, evo's are boring, supra twin turbo is over priced, TVR's will break more than the zed does.. I'd rather spend a few k's on the zed an get her A1 than spend big money on something else.

p.s. I have a problem with the "d" button on my keyboard...... looks like I dropped a few.

Heh heh - there's a cure for that mate.....

.....don't look at the fuel guage!!! Just notice when the fuel light comes on - and fill up about 50 miles afterwards....!! Hell, you don't buy a 1990's 3.0 twin turbo for its fuel economy so drive and enjoy.....!!!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

As Stu has said its not mpg its smiles per miles lol but I know what you mean as I have taken mine out of the garage after six months and went through £80 in BP's finest in a week:biggrin:

What, did you only drive it for half a day?

lol you guys crack me up, it's true what all you guys said. I try to keep her on the drive and watch all my neighbours admire her, but in the end i tend to jump in and drive it regularly leaving the run around car home ( fiat punto 1.9 jtd )instead. plus I drive her to london at least once a month which is 145.8 mile round trip which cost me £70.

similar setup to me lance.. zed for the fun times, grande punto sporting 1.9 jtd for the day job :)

I'm rocking a 1.1 Clio most of the time. Makes you appreciate the zed even more
