sorry for repost but this is driving me nuts. Theres a HKS evc 1 boost controller installed in my zed, although ive never used it yet it was powering up fine, but since having a flat battery, and since recharging it the unit wont power on anymore, does anyone know if theres a in-line fuse for this? or does it run directly from the ignition? ive traced the wire loom from the rear of the unit and all seems in order and im unable to find a fuse....... help!

Hi , it was working fine until the battery went flat, before then the Unit under bonnet with the 3 outlets/inlets did make a humming/clicking noise for a short period while the engine was switched off after a run, I've tried a multimeter at both ends, the feed going to the unit and the feed going to the unit under the bonnet. No power. Checked all fuses all ok. Where is the solinoid located?

The "Unit under bonnet with the 3 outlets/inlets" is the valve body. What do you mean by "solinoid"? From the valve body

have you traced and checked for continuity the red (+ve) and black (gnd) wires back to where they have been spliced into

the cars ignition +ve loom and ground point? Do you have 12v on the red wire with the ignition on?
