HKS boost control valve

Hi all,

 

 

left fog light on overnight and it drained my battery, but since charging it back up my HKS boost control valve wont power on, ive checked connections at the rear of the unit all plugged in ok, was wondering if there is a fuse anywhere? as may have blown when reconecting charged battery?
