Hmmm very interesting, shouldn't hang around for long. I didn't know manual convertibles existed. Very nice, makes me want to spend some money.

yeh, there are about 2/3 factory manuals in the UK :) Phil (red baron) member on here still has one, to be honest in the vert i would deffo prefer an auto!!

m8 this **** had that car up at £2600. just 3 weeks ago. got all info off him etc was gonna go and see it when i was down that direction then takes it off. he then puts it on gumtree 3 days ago for £5500 with 27 consecutive different locations and countys in south england page was full of his advert.

That is red barons, seen it around in blackpool quite a bit!

Hi Chaps. Yes the black one is the only other genuine manual convertible besides mine that I know of in the UK. I have a list of about 18 convertible chassis numbers. I saw this car in the flesh at Castle Coombe in either 2007 or 2008. The chassis number was 000123. I spoke to the owner and am sure he said he lived in either Devon or Cornwall. I did look at the mileage but cannot remember and he had the car since it was imported because he thought he had the only one in the country until I told him I had one, we had a good chat. The wing mirrors were the original and not those that are on it now. I have noticed it does not show how many owners it has had it may not belong to the person that I spoke to. There was also a brown and cream convertible with 83,000 miles on it with the Northern Ireland number plate on it and it was auto. The reason my cars are up for sale is because of my ill health.

The Red Baron is my father.

It's also got a much later steering wheel than a 1992......

I thought that it was NA only for the vert, didn't realise that manuals were so rare (not that the vert is common lol).

look more closely, it is a Jap rear bumper but made it look like a uk bumper with the fog lights

he has two differnt years of import gumtree2006 ebay2004 not to sure its all correct

the convertible is a SWB. There are NO UK SWB cars:smartass:

Its a jap bumper, the previous owner cut into it to fit the fogs. He said behind the first layer there was a void the fog fited in, it was just a case of working out where to cut
