Any idea if these jdm electric fold in mirrors are serviceable? My passenger side seems to not want to open unless I gently push it. But does close ok.

You could take it apart and check to see if there is any grit in the motor, it may just need greasing up, but generally if its knackered, get a used one for not very much money

I had this problem too and sprayed WD40 into every nook, cranny and opening, no problems with mirrir since and that must be a year now!

My merc does this and with a gentle push it moves, sure a bit of lube will do the trick on that and yours.

 

Get a rag and feed it being your glass and it'll pop off without breaking, then all the workings are there in front of you :cool3:.
