I have had ticking noises coming from under my car which could just be heard inside the car for several weeks,The last few times ive been out its been getting worse,I took it to a mechanic who I
no who had a good look, the noise is like a blowing noise which was coming from the turbo/exhaust manifold area he tightened and checked all the nuts and bolts he could get to but there was no difference, his diagnosis was it looks like a gasket or even head gaskets (please no) has anyone had this problem or had to fix there exhaust manifold ,please tell me its not an engine out job .
