Hi Guys,

For the last several thousand miles my car smokes blue out of the nearside exhaust. Only when sat idling after 3-5 mins. I have replaced the PCV and still have the smoke.

My next step is to change the turbo on that side.

What turbo is the replacement? Will I be able to use both the original flanges? What am I searching for? Garrett TB? T25? T2?

Thanks, Dan

T25 is the stock item, you will have to replace with a match obviously. Prices for a rebuild are around £ 3/400 a side, or you can rebuild them yourself

Stock is actually TB22, however no longer available so yes T25 fits straight on.

Easiest way is simply by a reconned one and you send your old one back in exchange.

However as your in the Midlands, pop into Zedworld to have it confirmed that is what you need and if they can determine cause of failure.

It's not a simple job to replace!
