anybody know of this car or owner,hes been busy,its got front mounted turbos too,it must have cost a few bob to do.

Yes reckon you're right about it being a SWB, can see the petrol flap infront of the rear arch.

 

Daffy get you're wallet out and then get it to Jim to finish off the project!

 

If I knew how much it would cost to finish I'd be tempted. It's definitely a bit of me bud. I guess like most of us there is that nagging suspicion that if something is too good to be true it generally is. Seems like really good value.
