A wee while back I posted up my findings on my 96 TT in that its plenum has some

slight changes compared to previous models and that I found that older plenums

just wouldn't fit flush with the lower plenum.

 

I found this out when I bought my first polished plenum and planned to do a direct swap!

Interesting. I knew about the spring covers. I wanted them for mine. You can get them in chrome

I want spring covers now, hate having something missing, I shall track some down :detective:.

I've got some but I'm keeping them for when I get my 96 plenum polished.

Seems they are same for a J30 Infiniti.

Yes I know it's been nearly a year but any day now and from the States I have some chrome ones arriving and today I got the stainless allen bolts ready and loosely in position :wink:.

Tell me about it, it just took one email to a guy in the states who happened to have a pair left and it was all systems go.

 

Along with these I have acquired that cruise control stalk, those centre arm rest screw covers and I have the Great Mondo making me some door card arm rests up, all these 3 bothered me by not having them but now my life or my Z is complete !!

Duly arrived this morning and they were fit in a flash :dance:.

 

 

And a close up pic below, I do have some polished water pipes to go on at some point, I'm thinking about doing something with the plenum/throttle bodies although the strut brace does obscure and also considering a clear timing cover :yes:.
