Can someone confirm that these are the front water pipes and the balance bar , are they N/A or TT and what are they worth?

Manual balance bar, can tell from the little pipe coming off the end cap on the left hand side of it, that's the vacuum for the clutch master cylinder. tt or NA wouldnt matter, it would fit both as they are not TT / N/A spacific, you can use it on either a manual or auto though, but would need that end pipe capping for a auto.

Water pipes top and bottom, again not model specific.

but it would be off a tt vods as the na doesn't use a vac booster and the na balance bar therefore doesn't have the nipple. ;)
