So i have had a quote to fit a new engine into me zed by Falcon. he said that cos i have replaced just about everything before, except the engine, that i wont need any extras if i bought a long engine from nissan. quote was 7k all in, not bad really. i could then sell the top end which has been completely rebuilt and should be ok. so i just need 7k, anyone? i told the misses the good news, who subsequently needed peeling from the ceiling and told that we will buy the house first and then i will think about it ;) the motor will be seriously sorted out then and i will be seriously broke, i think i have would have spent 20k on that car including buying it, since april!!

Warren,

yeh, but what if there is a fault with the engine, it would be a bloody nightmare sending it back!!! with falcon everything is warrented fully and if i have any problems, nissan will pay falcons labour costs to do the job. cant put a price on that mate :)

Still think you should look more towards fixing yer bottom end bud,

cheers
