Hi guys done some more bits to the zed,

Painted:

suspension arms

Diff

And finished off underneath

Underneath is dinitrol stonechip so not ment to be a nice finish, just black and bumpy lol,

But should protect it, I hope.

Even the diff is painted in dinitrol stonechip unsure what it will be like I'm hoping it's ok and shouldn't chip off.

Not going for show finish just want it clean and protected.

Lots of pics lol...

I dinitrol stonechipped the tunnel for gearbox and carried it on into the engine bay too but lower down where u don't see cause the finish will be a bit bumpy will over paint it white and should protect it more.

So have stonechip where battery tray goes and the opposite side and the front of fire wall.

And along the box section either side of the engine.

And this is why I'm having to do it all again the mess a master cylinder makes if it leaks lol

I'm hoping to have all the diff and suspension back on tonight, if I do I'll post some pics of it back together.

Cheers for looking guys.

Looking good matey,

I did the exact same underneath looks so much better when done doesn't it

The pics make it look crap my phone flash reflects off it,

But when u look at it in real life it's just black and clean.

Glad I did it, laying on my back underneath spraying is a fun and dirty job lol.

Got the other dinitrol cavity wax too.

Should keep her clean for a few more years, it had better anyhow.

It's starting to look better now, it's we'll stripped, but it's now at the point I can start putting it back together,

Yea that's what I've used dinitrol cavity wax it's really good stuff used it everywhere I could get it lol

I used that cavity wax gun to put some primer/paint inside the box section I had welded incase it had burnt the paint away I filled an empty stonechip can with it pulled the trigger and the lot was in the box section in one blast lol, it sprayed out the other end of the box section like a missile too covered the drive in white paint.

Trying to get that cavity wax everywhere, but mainly doing the box section, seals and the rear arch bits I'm doing from inside the boot.

Yea that's how I did it, I've also stripped mine out inside so could get to the rear arches through where the rear cards were, covered the whole inner arch with it

Got home at 2 and put me diff and suspension back in place,

Has said it don't look pretty but it's tidying it up and protecting it..forgot to paint the bolts so the look rusty gonna take them back out wire brush them and paint them.

Cheers Gary that's what I'm hoping to have it for years to come, the only time I'll get rid of my zed is when I can't have it no more cause I can't fix it and it's going to the big scrap yard in the sky.
