Removed and deleted the oe boost solenoids and pipework, and found mig tips in the hoses!

I am running a Profec 2 boost controller so another stupid question:pinch: I can throw away the tips cant I ?

mig tips are just a far cheaper way of regulating boost pressure than an expensive EBC for tight arses like me

Not much cheaper than an MBC which gives you full control. Boost jets are soooo 1990's :tt2:

They are the best pound for pound mod you can get nowadays. Not so much before people realised boost jets were just welding tips though :D

Where access is available, I have been known to shim the odd actuator for the same result. That's even cheaper!

£1.99? Strewth! I'm sure I paid pence for mine :p

LOL! to be fair I paid bugger all for mine cos I have them at work :tt2:

wouldnt have had the same comedy value in regards to the 1990's comment though

also fully manually adjustable - I fitted 1.2mm ones & didnt get enough boost so manually removed them & manually fitted 1.0mm tips :D
