arnt they northern ireland plates gaz ? a mate of mine has a soarer on similar plates just to hide the age

    ....although all I can say is that not all diplomats/embassy staff are wealthy!! I have seen some right ropey old bangers sporting diplomatic plates - I guess it depends what country they belong to....!!

    if it was the first 3 numbers followed by a D it would mean he is a diplomat.
