There is a "good feeling" about being on this site I am on a number of other car sites and nothing compares to the dedicated members on here.

Thanks for going... :)

No reason not to stick around mate, when my zed goes I won't be going far (yeah your all stuck with me)

In reference to njmworsley's post, M5board.com fml there is perhaps 50+ topics a day in the E39 M5 forum alone, I feel a bit blindsided by the place. Its mainly because every american in the world is a member I think and my christ do they witter about nothing.

Good luck with your new car mate - but don't be a stranger; you'll still be welcome on here even if you drive a Scooby!!

Thanks for that mate; I guess that's why many people stick around after selling up.....

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

You left here for a scoobie,an Evo wannabes car with a tractor engine that melts itself when u chase power, dont let the door hit you on the way out

I spent a few days driving a number of cars, including a Scooby, around the Alpine circuit at Millbrook back in '06 and it was absolutely in its element. Perfectly planted and handled beautifully, but out on the straights at the old Wethersfield runway it was ****ing boring.

One good thing that I will say about the zed is that it keeps you on your toes and you know that the limit is not too far away, whereas the Scooby has a tendency to lull you into a false sense of security and lets you quite happily take it to the edge, however when you get to the edge it will literally kill you in a heart beat because you aren't prepared for it. One of the lads rolled one of the Scooby's on the Wethersfield course due to this exact characteristic (and possibly because he was a Ghurka who's only previous experience was riding flea ridden donkeys up the side of mountains...)

Enjoy it mate
