If vettel overtook on a yellow flag, which it looked like he did then they have a right to do it. It's worth millions of pounds to them.

I'm not saying they are squeaky clean but can see why they're doing it.

I see it more as Ferrari's attempt at taking the moral high ground for the sole benefit of their investers....effectively a roundabout way for them to elude to the fact that they should have won the championship and it was only due to the fact that Red Bull weren't punished for cheating that they had to settle for second

Political Jedi mind tricks....or a load of old *****cks as I prefer to call it. In my view no team should be whinging about who slammed the door behind them at the end of 2012 but should be focusing on how they're going to hoof' the front door off its hinges at the start of 2013!

Well I think the thread title is wrong ! The 'and' should be 'are' !

But at least they didn't get Massa to stage a crash like Piquet in Singapore !

In the early stories were that it was Alonso pushing Ferrari to do it and there are long line of misdeanors from the Spaniard..... Probably still smarting after the Armada ! Let alone what he did when at McLaren

I cant remember where I saw it but someone had put FIA, Ferrari International Assistance. Made me smile!

I think they should bring in a 10 second stop-go penalty for being German. Could have done with that in Schumacher's day as well.

one of my workmates reckons that although the yellow lights were on around the track - there was a green light at the end of the straight and Vettel passed a marshall holding a green flag (which overrides trackside lights) so Vettel in theory is in the clear. Don't know how much of this you could tell from the telly though!
