it has nothing to do with backhand bribes although agreed they do evedently and openly go on ......those kind of gangsters are bulletproof if they are challenged or even stopped for longer than strictly necessary by any official then horrible things happen to those who stopped them, their families, their families friends and even their pets ......for a policemans wage in Russia would anyone take that risk .....sad times but the wealthy now have total control in Russia ..communisim about turn 180 degrees ...

Its always been the same,the only thing thats done a 180 degree turn is the whip hand....all the above before the rich got the whip hand was carried out by the state police and the "party". There was always something dark and sinister with Russia,s political system with people going missing and getting thrown in jail for no apparent reason,its about time they got there own medicine imho,its just a shame that the ruling classes is mafia based so no further forward for the common joe soap really:(
