Mine is missing (?) not sure when , where or how but it's not in there anymore

Would the fact that this is missing be the cause of my not having any brake lights at all?

*in fact the lights have gone a bit manic at the moment, the inicators work but flash quickly, the headlights are on full beam only (irrespective of switch position, no side lights in either position)

This car needs to have a word with itself or else it's going down range and getting fragged!!!

An led flasher relay is what you need to replace the original and this goes above the pedals as you obviously have a led or smd bulb fitted or even perhaps a blown indicator bulb.

The main beam on all the time is a fuse, check the 10 amps in the middle on the top row same footwell :thumbup1:

the flasher unit is different to the rear tail light sensor

Pretty sure things aren't going to work correctly without it!

The indicators are all working now and flashing at the correct pace (was down to a few dodgy indicator bulbs).

All of the 10amp fuses in the drivers footwell are ok but still the headlights are on full beam?

The brake lights still aren't working and the tail light sensor is definately missing....all were working last time it was driven on the road but for some reason they've decided not to play ball now (and obviously the pixies have stolen my sensor)

Let me know when you solve this... as I have pretty much the same problem. I thought I had checked the fuse... I had better look again

Meantime I pulled the connectors to the bulbs so I only have dip beam. not a problem as I dont drive it in the dark. Mot not till may 2013 so enough time to fix it:glare:

First of all cheers Baz for sending those bits out, the brake lights are now working

The problem with the headlights is still ongoing as they're still on full beam

all of the 10amp fuses in the drivers footwell are good, however there is no power going to the connection where the HIDs plug in (see pic)

the indicators are working but have no fog lights connected, I did have a spare set off the LWB but can't for the life of me think what I've done with them (is this likely to cause an issue...it's an import)?

Don't know if u have checked already.

My full beam stayed on when a fuse in the engine bay popped, at 1st didn't look like it but it was.

It was in the little straight fuse box up at the master cylinder area.

Hope u solve it..

Well I've swapped the stalk over on the steering column just to see if it was buggered, no joy however. They both flash the lights when not on full beam/when the side lights (should) be on (but they don't work either)

then I popped the bonnet and this little ****er was staring back at me!

Bloody hell, Cheryl Cole...

Don't know if it will help mate but behind the passenger wing is a green box that iirc has something to do with the headlights. Maybe worth trying another one to see?
