just looks like the glass has been taken off nd painted in there, and covered the lens further in. looks nice though.

front bumper is a stillen with the side lights not fitted and some universal splitters added on the sides

got bored this morning so have already started trying to make some.

taken moulds of the glass on the headlights, and measured an old nose panel for cutting,

i think 2 round 90mm hella lights should do each side (dipped + main). they should just fit and they are road legal so no problems MOT time.

thinking if the nose panel made right it should act like an air guide through the top of the radiator.

i think the hardest thing will be fighting the urge to put a knight rider style led strip in the hole... :blushing:

making a mock up of 1 light at the moment should finish it tomorrow,

the lights ill get to put in it are 2 separate units each side, dipped and main, and they both have sidelights built in,

just thinking if i have the STD repeaters on the wing, do the indicators need to be on the corners? or could they be built in too?

also toying with the idea of making the nose panel and lights all one piece.

it was only quick hopefully the real thing will be smoother,

hopefully means i can get rid of all lights in my bumper which is good as the indicators block my intakes at the moment.

think ill leave at as 3 parts not blend it in,

this is how my zed looks at the moment...

my intakes are behind the indicators (Z1 ram dual intake) so looking to enlarge the hole in the nose. as there's nothing behind it.
