import auto into uk auto will it work??

not sure if this will work?

i have a uk tt auto and need a new engine

will a import auto engine work??

 

what bout the ecu?? its a uk ecu it will have to run a jap engine with uk gearbox?

 

is there anything else to consider??

 

or do i get a uk spec engine??

 

any help appreceated!

    Luke at the zcentre said the import boxes are weaker than the UK ones?But they will fit.
