should be loads of them available normally audioshops have alarm installers i doubt you will have to leave the big smoke to find one.

Hi z32bolt, yes there are a whole bunch around but I'd prefer to find someone who knows a bit about Zeds, how to get door cards off etc etc. The bloke I usually use is off-the-road atm.

Yes bud, that's them in Harlow - and obviously I'm more than happy to take your Z there for you as I'm up there quite a bit these days ;)

Yes as you may or may not know I (Brett) spent 5yrs fitting alarms trackers and audio/av systems for audiofile incar in Bishops Stortford can have a look at things for people but dont tend to keep items here ie door servos etc so would have to order in .

I had no idea, I've had a few things done by audiofile and had a few products from them :) can you guys supply and fit the sigma s30 system?

I work around KT and TW postcodes so could have a look

Soz no can do with sigma ripped out a sigma system from my lotus kept going off and blowing door lock moduals!! only really get envolve with the maxIII alarm or toad 606 difficult to get hold of fitting instructions for other cat1 systems unless your an aurthorised fitter and as this is such a small part of my business now and really a shrinking market then its not worth my while now getting envolved in other alarm systems.I am more then happy to look at wiring issues though .

Would you cover my postcode, CM77? Have you installed any other club members systems? What sort of warranty did you give?

 

I'm intrigued to hear the negatives of the sigma alarms as I thought they were quite reliable being nice and simple? I had one on a classic scooby which I think was factory fit.

Yes I've done a few members cars on here, I used to be a senior engineer at toad/sigma and have been fitting them for 14 years. The S30 is extremely reliable and I've never had any problems at all. They come with a lifetime warrenty and I give a limited lifetime WARRENTY on the install, it's basically covered while you own the car. I can cover your postcode but would need to put £15 on for my fuel costs
