in car entertainment

I've lost touch a bit with the in-car entertainment options available nowadays.

 

I want to fit a new standard DIN sized head unit – and ideally I want to match the Tommy Kaira dials I've got which are a kind of BMWish red.

 

In an ideal world I would like the digital display to match the airtemp blue lighting and have the switches with red illumination.

 

If the gods were REALLY kind they might also include some sort of a SatNav though this is less important since ive got maps on iphone.

 

Ive found a couple of Clarion and Kenwood units that are so-so but nothing that really ticks the boxes.

 

Anyone have any ideas where I might look?
