Japspec drivers and passengers seat belts

is there anyway to sort out the retraction of the above seat belts? ive had my door one off today and it was a bit foobar when opening it up, had bits fall out due to age, it still works, but i have to feed it back into its roller, the passenger side is even worse and really needs some encouragement to get back into its resting place.

I may still have the belts off my old JDM kicking about mate, I'll have a look and If I do you can have them. From what I can remember they were working fine.

Thats ok bud, think my belts need a bloody good clean, though in all fairness i think the drivers side actually needs replacing due to some inside plastic components crumbling due to age.
