Regs and Additional Info:

 

Noise limit is 105 dBA static

Passengers can register on the day (front seat only) for a nominal charge of £10

All bookings will receive a PDF info pack via email the week before the event

Pace Ward will be on hand to deal with any insurance queries

 

 

 

Castle Coombe Sprint Timetable:

 

08:00 - Registration

08:45 - Driver Briefing

09:15 - Sighting lap

09:30 - Practice runs start

09:00 to 12:00 - Scrutineering

12:00 - Lunch

13:00 - First Timed Runs start

16:30 - Event closes and trophies awarded

 

 

Practice and Competitive Runs:

 

We'll aim to give all drivers a minimum of 10 runs on the day with a possible maximum of 16 available (depending on time etc).

Everyone is welcome and there are four Evo classes as usual, 3 classes for 22B.com and an additional Guest class for all other cars.

 

 

Tyre Support:

 

Tony Mekwinski will be onsite tyre support for the day.

I'm going as a guest should be fun as don't often get the chance to run around Castle Coombe with their normal low noise limits. Just gotta hope car back in time now as paid for it already lol.

what's the usual noise limit for CC? it was a 100db for japfest when I was there about 2yrs ago

 

Had mine measured at Brands the other day and measured 96db static

Think it is 100db these days used to be 96db a few years ago. Last couple of times I've been measured at 103db and 104db though I managed to sneak in a 96db at TOTB lol. It's gonna be fun with so many evo's and there are some seriously fast cars I know Peeler is there and we know how quick he is :)

98db @ 4krpm .... last year when i went ... i just passed at 97db
