yep what does me though is why people cant be bothered to just get them repaired rather than cover them up, its not big a problem for me as i can repair it myself but others would have to pay for the repairs

Well that's it - I think.....how much is it going to cost someone to have it all put right for them.....

 

My own sills, wheel arches and rear quarter panels were in a much worse condition and with help I managed to repair them but did pay a body shop to fill and paint the car after.

ill repair them and smooth it all do a nice job then refit some sideskirts, shame really as its the only bit of rust on the car

oh yeah looks like your car was previously red, jokes nasty find. but at least your fixing it. bit of patience its not a massive job really is it. im dreading the day i have to do mine they seem fine atm but who knows whats going on behind the outer sill. my capri did the same by the time id finished cutting out the rot there wasnt much left of the sill.
