I'm going to list some stuff on ebay for a few days but if it doesn't sell I don't want it lying around so was just going to scrap it (this is not a for sale thread so no offers on parts please). Anybody know how much I could expect from scrappy for this lot? I'm sure somebody posted the other day to say they got 60-70 quid for a set of cats and I was shocked to hear it was as high as that.

Not much mate, partners uncle owns a huge scrap yard. Scrap metal prices have dropped about 50% best to hold on to it for 2-3 months if scrapping, as will be worth double - literally.

Ive got some stuff to scrap. Will hold onto it for a bit.

 

Whats the price of cats like at the mo? They go up and down like a yo-yo!

Cat prices are poor at the moment, some years back we managed to get £55 per cat today we get offered £15 not worth it so we keep them to sell as cats not scrap.
