Could be the fuel pressure regulator letting the petrol back into the tank when its been standing a while, id change that first as they are relatively cheap compared to what it could be, which is a leaky injector.

What colour smoke is it in start? as valve stem seals can leak, causing blueish smoke on start up. especially if it then clears.

i had a similar probem a few weeks ago, turned out to be one of the fuel rail pipes had a tiny hole in it, so when left it was de pressuirzing, and taking that bit longer to start.

i had a small amount of black smoke once it did start.

new pipe and was all solved. could be worth a check if you cheching the regulator too.
