My front washer jets constantly clog up with crap.

 

Have recently noticed though that the rear washer always works fine.

 

Not sure on the setup of these but I assume they are fed from the same washer bottle so confused as to why the fronts clog yet the rear is fine?

This is the back end of mine... The dirty/grubby mark is where the boot rubber touches. I notice yours has a clear plastic pad there.

The washer jets on mine where full of gunk ,took a while but took the jets of and poked about with wire from a wire brush . Then fitted to bike pump blasting air though it in a sink of warm water . The ball valve makes it tricky . Mine been good all year now. Hope this is of use
