as above which are the best for the Zed and where do you Guys buy them from?

Seen a lot of info about the wrong plugs causing driving issues...

Personally unless you have a massive upgraded powerful engine. I would stick with oem, MJP for the oil filter and I got my plugs from ebay. Pfr6-11b iirc.

Whilst we're on the subject of oil filters, GSF stock the correct one for a Z. Its a Mann Filter, but does the job. :) £2 something plus VAT.

I would say stick with standard plugs, as I had ngk iridiums in mine for a bit and it didnt like them (cue loads of folks saying they are perfectly good), as they caused rough idle etc and was advised to change back to standard plugs (by Jeff at Zedworld and a few other people) and that cured the rough running straightaway. On removing the iridiums they are actually shorter than a standard plug, which to my mind cant realy be very good.

Ahhh I thought you may have said that, pretty sure its a national company with branches all over the shop.

GSF - German, Swedish & French

I think your local one is at TS4 2LW :)

Trade prices to everyone... I bought 5 litres of engine oil, 4.5 litres of 75W90 gearbox oil and an oil filter for £40 and a few pennies inc vat which is very cheap :)

yeah, Jeff explained it to me (or how I understood it)....

the iridiums are designed for modern cars with higher revving engines, this then helps them to self clean....

they are not designed for anything with larger engines that work a lower revs... he said this had been confirmed by a guy from NGK (horses mouth).

I'm going back to the platinums ..........
