I know Groover has looked into this before but it appears that the members are very divided about sales on the site, with things like dibs and paypal gift, offers etc being particular bones of contention. Yowser has suggested that we adopt a sales template maybe this could be looked at?

    I've read up on the dibs thread and personally I think first come first serve on who pays.

     

    The problem with dibs is folks dibs then can't or don't pay within an allotted time if set by the seller or said by the buyer.

     

    Dibs to me is hear say, if I'm selling and need to sell fast then dibs on it sure but pay with 24 hours else it's up for grabs again.

     

    In the end it's personal preference to the seller.

    Ive just posted up in policy Lee to see if we (you lol) can create a sales template, that is utilised by clicking on new sales post, where the member has to fill in certain details to be included in the sales thread.
