Where`s the best for a holiday in Britain?? put your thoughts down :)

Quite shortly I will be taking the zed somewhere for a holiday, I want to do some travelling ,sight seeing and photo shooting, I fancy Brighton as I`ve never been and also considering New-quay (but been there a few times), I would like to travel through London and get some city night pictures with the zed in, Only going for about 4/5 dayz would like a nice hotel 4* to keep Sarah happy ;) Anything is considered, would like near to the beach, lively area and good shopping near by...so where would you go and why?

some nice ideas for a photo shoot would be good too, hopefully I will be travelling back up through the Lake District to meet up in the LakeZ 2012 run

Cheddar Gorge. Best Photo Opportunities ever. its about 20 mins from Brean beach too, where you can go on the beach for pics. loads of nice places to eat. and its "just of" the M5. But far away enough not to hear it / see it. You can go from there upto cribbs causeway, or down to weymouth, or lyme regis. Also got Longleet not far too, which has a zoo, fun park and obviously the historical house etc...

And you could also accidently bump into a few other zed owners on holiday. Just tell the misses, I honestly didnt know they would be there!

Whats the point in staying in one location, when you can plan a 4-5 day round trip, with a different location, and something different to do each day?

will find pics shortley.....

Cheddar Gorge Road is Amazing (with Laybys all the way up and down, you can also go on guided tours, cliff climbing, absailing, shopping, proper little tourist spot):

Longleat is pretty awesome:

Welsh people, they speak funny :(....... too near ,lol

Cheddar Gorge is about 15mins from me. We've had quite a few SW Z meets there.

My recommendation would be the Isle of Wight. If you go out of peak season then the roads are quiet and very scenic.

lol, well thats pretty much our daily life down here. when you planning on going? If I arranged a meet at longleat and got at least 6 Zeds going, I can get us all free entry. saving £20 a head. But if you wanted to do safari, tour the house or go on the rides, or the barge thats extra - as is everything these days

Longleat river Safari:

Longleat mini train tour:

and if understandably you dont want to drive the zed through the monkeys and lions, theres always the guided safari tour:

I should be a sales rep lmao. Or a UK Travel agent, reckon I could come up with some sweet itenairys getting paid to plan holidays and test them lol.
