had anyone bought from z1 recently? i've ordered 2 sets of bit from them took 4 weeks to deliver the first and still waiting for them to send the second.

 

their customer service is appalling sent repeated e-mails asking for updates on the second order but no response,

 

o.k. the first order was delayed in customs so i'll let them off

 

but i got an email saying second lot would be shipped end of last week but they haven't been... (baring in mind its on fedex 1-3 as i need the parts asap.)

 

 

anyone got any suggestions on how to get through to them?

When i was the TLO i had to sort a small problem out with them for a member and found it easier just to call them by phone...that reminds me i never did get the cost back from club funds:lol:

I've found them very good, usually speak to them over the phone though

i tried to deal with them ... not that help full i found ..

 

so i tuck my biz over to ConceptZ ... far better coms and understanding and Prices to boot

i've got more to order so i think i will use conceptZ

I've made many orders with z1. Probably about 10-15 orders in total and never had a problem. Every order was sent same/next day - even massive orders. Give them a call, speak to josh. Make sure u get it sent with FedEx, not USPS. If it gets held at customs that ain't their fault.

 

Don't give up on them, they are a great store. CZP are also really good but their online ordering ain't as quick and easy

My order with CZP was sent via UPS (expedited), once they sent me the tracking number I eagerly followed it online.

 

It was a nice when it turned up a day earlier than the tracking info showed!

 

Haven't tried to use either sites online ordering, just sent emails listing what I wanted and asked for their "best price". As I have mentioned before CZP customer service has been excellent, I just phoned Coz when I was ready to order and gave the details over the phone.

 

I had a $20 part damaged in the shipment and Coz said he send a new one out ASAP, I said to him to wait a while as I was going to order some more parts soon and save the carriage on sending me such a small part, as I said great service :thumbup1:

My order wit CPZ was done on Monday sent Tuesday and will be with me tomorrow ( thursday ) ... using Fed ex priority mail

think its dam quick from the states

Don't confuse UPS (good) with USPS (crap!)

 

Again, I've ordered loads from z1 and it has arrived within a couple of days. Z1 and CZP are both great and both sell stuff that the other doesn't. Like I say, don't give up on em

i know but i run a parts dept, and i'd be embarrassed if we treated our customer this way... its just bad business

 

its not the delivery times i knew the USPS would take ages but that's why i ordered it a month ago, however when i payed the extra for something to be sent FedEx 1-3 kinda implies im in a rush, but worse no communication what so ever, its just rude.

 

i'll be phoning them tommorow but its the last time i use them...
