what kg/cm do you set your limiter to on BLITZ DSBC?

http://www.300zx-twinturbo.com/tech/blitz/blitz.htm

In the link it suggets for my car, which has the chip, to set to 1.1KG/cm = 15.5psi and gain of 6. is this thought of as being ok for the limiter? or do you guys that use this boost controller set to a lower boost limit, cos i find that the boost actually will rest someway below the limit. i just dont want to fook me engine up, i am staying around 12psi for the moment until i understand more about this DSBC. Cheers

Just set the limiter to the (safest) max boost you would like to run and turn off scramble boost.

There is no way the DSBC will override this.

That way you can play around with the best ratio/gain levels for your car, without running the risk to destroy the engine.

(unless your idea of safe boost is 2.0kg/cm wink.gif)

I've got mine set for max boost of 1.05kgf/cm² with limit at 1.06 with cut of -10 that's JWT chip and induction only at the mo)

Would suggest playing around with the gain though to get best response, mine is at 17 which is the highest I can use before the boost becomes unstable. Spools up v. quick though. Just remember though that if you increase the gain, the boost for a given solonoid setting will increase (think mine is set at 41 or 42)
