Been looking at Turkey for a late sun holiday - any one been around October time? Looking at reports on the good old tinterweb it looks like it can vary quite a bit.

I have been at least 12 times and October even late September is a no no.To late in the season and most places are either shut or closing down.Weather is a bit chilly as well.Superb place for your hols any other time.

got married there. was out end of september beginning of october and was really hot both times however the weather can change quick. also never seen anything that was shut in the bit i was in

to be honest - we did LOL! I have found a much better deal to a 5* all inclusive hotel in Turkey however & looks a lot nicer too!

 

we wernt going to have another holiday this year so it has to be a cheapie or I wont bother as I already have a few others booked at the moment!! :D

whats the hotel you found mate? what area?
