Sump baffle

Had the custom sump made for the S14 transplant, 2 questions

 

1) Does it need some baffles, the capacity of the reserve is 3ltrs and I will run an accusump so will possible track oil starvation be a problem without any?

 

2) How much oil to run in the car, sump reserve holds 3 ltrs and would like this to stay as full as possible so how much extra to put in to allow for oil circulating through the engine/tubs while running?
