Watch out for the back end stepping out in the wet with it being a LWB. I had it happen on my old LWB on a roundabout nearly caught me out

SWB's don't do that then I take it?

HAHA I beg to differ any zed with hicas will do it!!!! get rid of Hicas best mod for any zed

where are people getting 34c from, it cant be the UK, im slap bang in the middle of the country and its not even pushing close to 20c, its also over cast, but no rain yet.

Ill tell you this im alot happier with my NA rear subframe on a shorty than any LWB. The LWB i had did have HICAS so probably partly to blame for loose rear end.

Hicas is the problem ... when loosing the back end its harder to correct as the rear wheels are pointing at a turned angle as your correcting with the steering wheel

since i removed mine i find it alot nice and easyer to control the car when/if it does step out

personally i find there are too many variables to place the blame solely on one part of the car or even type of zed, tyres, road condition, how much throttle you give it, suspension set up, standard ware on bushes ect, all play key factors.

Im sure there are people with hicas deletes and SWB that lose the back end just as much as those who have hicas or a LWB.

The implication was that it stepped out because it was an LWB, HICAS wasn't mentioned.

I'm fully aware of the problems with hicas which is why I ditched mine when I rebuilt my rear sub. I also replaced every bush and the suspension with KYB AGX.

LWB, HICAS, bushes, tyres it just all adds to it IMO

anyway the sun is going down and its time for dinner and my weather is still better than the UK :P

jealousy gets you no where, cant help it if you cant see the benefit of having 8inches longer. :tt2:

It's cold and miserable here, probably because I have an LWB. Bet If I had a shorty it would be boiling and everything would be just peachy

Lwb or Swb will make no differance what so ever with the rear end breaking out :lol:

Also a lwb will be easyer to catch and hold a slide due to you needing less reaction time :)

Oh yeah and its been stunning sunshine all week
