Over fueling

I got a massive task.

As somebody know I am trying to tune my zed and i got some problems.

I installed 555cc injectors and i got chip to run that fuel from AndyP

But problem is that i spend 2 days to try fix over fueling and it was unsuccessful.

Its over fueling badly cylinder 1 and 4 doesn work but tasted for small runs and its run good on higher revs than i put it foot down. Its spins wheels and its runs fast. But on 1-3 k revs two or one cylinders doesn work.

Please give me advice why is over fueling ? Chip is made to work for 555cc injectors but what is wrong?

    is the chip defiantly right? sounds like it might not be.

     

    what turbos you running?

     

    are you running a dual intake? can the engine get enough air to support the larger injectors?

    I am not sure it can be chip fail. Can stock ecu back to factory settings even than chip is in?

     

    I am running pe1420 turbo

     

    Got hks dual air intake with hks filters. I think i got definetaly enought air. Its 100% over fueling but why?

    Its venom light blue 555cc injectors, i bought them from club member he said its nearly brand new.

    Can failed injectors give to much fuel then running lower revs?

    yes .... and those injectors are a little sketchy on the reliability

    Not a great new but ... So how i can test if that is injectors problem? Please help.

    you can not .. they need to come out and be sent off ... to some one that can run Flow/Calibration tests
