I just happened to be filming the Japspeed guys doing their thing and heard the awesome sound of the Dragon Performance RX7 en route so kept my phone filming.....ouch!

 

 

 

 

 

 

I popped over afterwards to take a look at the damage and to be honest, it doesn't appear to be too bad

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I suspect that the thread bare (down to the wire) 225's on the rear had a part to play in it losing grip and causing it to spin out mid drift

That would polish out I reckon

It was Brad Driving not Brett. Car is almost repaired. Said it would of een fixed quicker but they crashed their other RX7 over in holland the other week. and they are building an R35 1/4 mile car.

not really friends, more Aquantancesor whatever the word is lol.

 

Basically best mate had a rex, they tuned to 820bhp at the wheels, and it was a road car. only thing is, it was in being fixed all the time,so i met the guys at Dragon quite a bit lol.

the guy can drive, so defo was the tyres that failed.

and this is ross driving their current drag car which crashed the other week lol - poor scooby got left for dead in this video.
