apperently it was in an accident the other night and the car was crashed and abandoned

 

it was in birmingham, the police did come to my house at 1.30am, knocked me out of bed lol, luckily showed him all the texts from the buyer and gave him the addy of the new owner (probably fake) and he agreed that it happened at 10pm and there was very little chance i could have been back home and in bed when he got the call at 1pm (luckily i have witnesses to the sale aswell lol)

 

just had to fill out a form to say that i sold the car, thought it was a little strange that he still bought the car after the milaege was sky high?

 

probably sold it staright on to someone who obviously didnt have insurance or maybe even lisence

 

i hate selling cars, such a stresfull time, but on another note, ive managed to get shell an 02 renault scenic in very good condition for £600 woop

 

cheap diesel run around for me next till lazy ass shell goes back to work and gets off maternity pay lol

Was the change of ownership done on the V5 mate?

ive sent it yesterday, i only cancelled my insurance yesterday aswell, police officer believed i sold it, showed him all the texts and emails

i sold a car once and she wrote it off the following day, that caused a few problems. these days i do 2 copys of a reciept signed by both of us stating exact time and date of the transaction, that way if they go off and straight thru a speed camera you have proof it wasnt you
