ExoticLeather Ebay store * Never Buy from them* Read!

I´ve just wanted to point out to all members here who are planning to purchase anything with this store; http://www.interior-innovations.com/ called exoticleather on Ebay to becareful extremely with them..I quoted about 2 weeks back on a shift knob and hand break on red stitched leather from them..in the beggining they replied to every single doubt and question I had inmediately! it looked like if they where sitting right near the computer 24/7/365...after I was convinced and stated them the item was intended for a gift, I purchased the item itself last week..they stated me it would be shipped via DHL Fedx with tracking number....after I purchased the item I waited couple days for the tracking number and nothing was sent to me; I wrote them like 7 emails and no reply at all...finally they wrote me stating me that they haven´t received any emails from me only one(wich is bull**) since I have the emails on sent items on my Ebay folder; they told me items would eb sent via dhl with tracking number again...so I replied them back asking when? no response...today i sent them another email asking them..where is the tracking number they told me was going to be sent? no response..so couple minutes ago I received an email from Paypal and Ebay stating me that Seller has refunded me the money for the following reason: This item is no longer available...(the item is one of their most popular seeling so imagine..) a friend of mine quoted them about the same item and they replied him they have them in stock..and on their web page it appears more than 10...

One thing is for sure..I have never came acrossed people so rude and unprofessional like this Company..and I strongly recommend that if anyone ever is thinking about buying from them..get ready to deal with this type of crap...at first everything is nice and smooth but once you start asking them about where is your items?this is their way of treating customers.

I cant be sure...BUT.... I think its where i got my red stitch leather seat covers from about 2 years ago, i got a really good deal and the quality was spot on?as I say I could be wrong (maybe different people) but my experience was a whole lot better than your shambles!!! sorry to hear that bud :(

As I mentioned..this is just my experience, and as I said I don´t think it´s professional to treat customers this way..now this doesn´t mean someone else should be stoped from buying with them..but..I would think about it twice! honestly. Personally I will never ever buy a single item with them again...

Hey, yo compre hace 1 mes o asi del mismo vendedor pomo y fundas de piel, y me llego todo sin problemas a barcelona. Supongo que te ha tocado a ti el dia malo? Te ha devuelto la pasta, que es lo importante, muchos de ebay ni eso.

Yeah they may not have any red ones in stock, that auction shows more than one colour. Plus they have 100% feedback

 

Wich makes it even worst.My friend quoted them about the red stitched and their reply was:

** Hi, we actually carry any color stitched you want...red..blue.. feel free to order**

Enough said....as I said..whoever wants to deal with them go ahead I warned.

Me ha devuelto la pasta paisano; gracias a Dios pero ya te digo que jamás me he encontrado una gente más embusteros y contradictorios en mi vida; por cierto desde que hicistes el pedido hasta que lo enviarón, cuanto tardarón?

Anyway there is no excuse for the seller to not answer your e-mails. I have found many so called reputable sellers that have that same bad habit, they answer all your questions very fast before you buy and once you have paid, seems like they don't have time for you anymore.
