Get a head unit with a USB then load up a USB pen with all your tunes !

However, I used to like to have a cd player in the car with an SD slot. its discreet (if behind the fascia) and you can fit at least 1000 albums on one card, - no need for a disc changer, you can read names of albums, artists and songs on screen, and it means your beloved CDs dont ge scratched, or thrown around and missplaced.

c.d? whats one of those? is it like a record from the dark ages but silver? lmao. i do miss cds i miss the sleves and artwork i miss having something pyshical. i dont miss paying £16 for the privilge though. my farther will tell you he misses vynal for the same reasons and even try to tell you it sounds better on vynal, progression my friend. what i dont miss car wise is having a stack of cds flaoting about getting scrathced and becoming useless. 6 cds is sod all music really. a cheap generic mp3 will hold probally 10 time sthat at least. and theres no mess :)

having sai dthat i dont have one atm and my cd player in the car is empty and off, im a sucker for hearing the car lol.

So how do I get the tunes I want downloaded onto the usb? would I have to purchase off net??

If you already have said tunes as wav or mp3 files then just plug your usb pen into your computer and copy them to it.

 

Else if its cd's you already have then theres plenty of free cd rippers available and even windows media player can convert to mp3.

pretty sure the cd multi disk player i have stuffed in my cupboard is a kenwood, but would take some time to dig the bugger out, you will how ever need the cable for it, if it is. worked perfectly think its 6 disk though cant remember its been that long since ive seen it.

Got the cable Vods have a 10 disc player too, but fed up with every tune I play jumping [inc brand new cd's:blink:]

well this one doesnt jump, might be your rubber grommets that hold the cd unit inside failed? can you get into it at all and check them?
