Last night I eventually sat down and worked out what jobs need doing to be ready for Japfest. Some are pretty straight forward 'drill hole and tighten bolt' type jobs but some I haven't done before and might need professional assistance:

 

 

(1) Re-fit brake shoes

(2) Re-fit and bleed all brakes

(3) Replace clutch

(4) Fit prop

(5) Drill holes and bolt in cage

(6) Drill holes and fit harness bolts for passenger side

(7) Re-drill holes and adjust drivers seat rail

(8) Remove exhaust front pipes and heat wrap

(9) Re-fit whole exhaust

(10) Plumb in oil cooler hoses

(11) Re-fit plug for bov

(12) Plumb in fire extinguisher nozzles

(13) Re-fit side lights/front indicators

(14) Re-fit battery

(15) Fit MAP sensor

(16) Fit 740 injectors

(17) Fit AEM EMS

(18) Fit EBC

(19) 4 wheel alignment

(20) Map at Protuner

(21) Modify side skirts

(22) Flare the rear arches

(23) Graphics fitting at SJS Design

(24) Testing

 

I have just shy of 2 weeks to get this lot cracked...:blink:

 

*wiring in all of the gauges and the electric gizzmo's can wait until later

 

if anybody is local and wants to earn a couple of quid, give me a shout :thumbup1:
