I think it's the lack of communication that as peeved Daz off, you and me both know that this is so flippin annoying :no:

 

Re the phone number, the one we all have he no longer owns.

To be fair to Daz, he has been very patient with this situation. Don't forget that it's Daz's company website that is down due to not having the disc required to finish it. I would be very p1ssed if it was me.

I have been watching this with interest as well, since whilst I am sympathetic to Chris's cause, my own view is a reflection of Graham's earlier post in response to Chris's return to the forum. I do realize that Chris has some very major issues going on right now, but like Graham says, communication (rather more the lack of it) that is the key here.

 

Chris has been given a fair chance to put things right; and I believed that was all progressing since Mark's very kind actions earlier. I will drop Chris an e-mail regarding your situation Daz; and if it isn't rectified promptly (along with anyone else's outstanding issues) then I will have no choice but to move for permanently excluding Chris from this club for his actions.

 

Whilst (as everyone knows/appreciates) there is very little the club can do to help members get recompense in private deals between each other, the 300zx.co.uk club will not tollerate any member effectively stealing from another via our forums.

 

Please keep me informed Daz,

 

And one final public appeal to Chris - come on mate; please sort the outstanding issues ASAP whilst you still have people's support. Believe me, all sympathy and concern will quickly fade if the membership sees you have done nothing.

You wouldn't believe the shit I've had to deal with in the last 4 years, including loosing a best friend, and my very close grandad, ive been off the forum a few times while needing to send parts out, even had someone stick a one sided point across on a thread for you on another forum i do not frequent that actually questions why im still a mod here, yet ive always managed to contact people, or contact someone on the forum to contact people, given my number and email to those i still needed to get parts out too.

 

In this day and age, there is no excuse for not talking to people no matter how bad your situation is. even if its just to tell that person you are having personal issues, when someone just disappears with parts owing with no communication, what on earth do you expect to happen?

 

Communication is paramount when you have someones cash and they have no part. i have never failed to communicate with the person im dealing with in a trade, regardless of how long its taken me to get the part to them, or what situation ive had to deal with.

Chris, no-one it bitching about it so lose the attitude. Yes, we know you have had problems but you have had plenty of opportunities to come on here and communicate with those good folks from whom you took money for goods. I am pleased to hear that the outstanding issues are about to be resolved once and for all. As I said, people's sympathies will only stretch so far and a bit of humility from you wouldn't go a miss, instead of getting uppity about an issue that is of no-one else's making on here.

 

I'll take your comment in the manner in which I believe you meant it, rather than as it actually comes across, in view of your peronal circumstances. And if you are really saying goodbye to us all, then I too wish you all the best for the future.

i do understand on and yes i agree, whatever the case is i should of communicated, when is ay goodbye i mean just leave it know i have done all that is asked, sorry breifly ive nearly ended up in jail na numerous court case because of some sick ******* all of this relates back to my mums death, ive had harrassment i nearly topped myself i ended up in a ****ing state and verything else with work was going on i left to rpvide for my family as there in deep shite and i aint going with them, i have 2 children to provide for ive manage with help to setup a business employ 6 people and were growing, the last bloody thing in my head sorry chaps i know i should of got it done was the bloody car that bluw up and i am at this rate going to weigh it in!, i am correcting all i did wrong and i will say im sorry and do whatever i can to rebuild my relationships with some people, i an not usually a bad person and want to do whatever to help, a few peeps have met me over time and i hope can confirm this, but sorry ive just not had time and i thought at times why the **** am i still here but its all started coming through to me over the past month and i am getting there i did completely for some reason in my head blank the website and a few other things out and i dont know why, just im doing all thats asked i know i did wrong i just completely forget about that parts i have no intention to steal or cause problems

Daz mate - I am so sorry to hear you still have not received your discs. Personally I have heard enough now and, despite the personaly problems Chris may be experiencing, I agree this situation is simply not good enough too.

 

Whilst you can appreciate there is not much the club can do in respect of private deals between individuals; we can still take action to reduce the likelihood of this happening again. I will be putting the issue before the rest of the committee and I can promise there will be repercussions for Chris as the 300zx.co.uk club will simply not tollerate such behaviour towards fellow members.
