I would love a real Delorean even though they are crap, Edd and Mike Brewer had one the other day on Wheeler dealers, they made a nice job, slightly better than that E-bay one, lol

My mates got a DeLorean, i love them! His isn't crap not with all the mods he's done. He was on that wheeler dealers episode at the end when they were sellin the car.

I saw a gold plated one in reno last year aswell, stunning!!

I'm not sure on the engine size and spec but I think think the Delorean used a Renault lump??

 

but I must admit to having a soft spot for the old VW Scirocco, I had a mint red GT2 about 15 years back and it was a fantastic little car. I think it had the same 1.8ltr engine as the Mk1 Golf GTi, mine had just shy of 250k miles on the clock when I eventually traded it in against a....um.....Volvo :blink:

 

I traded it in at a dodgy garage in the middle of Belfast, initially the guy offered me £1800 trade in but then on the test drive the engine decided that it was time to call it a day (lots of steam)....the result....well in the space of 3 seconds I lost £1200 off the trade in value of my Scirocco and ended up only getting £600 part ex :headvswal

 

 

thinking about it now, I'm sure the guy pulled a few pipes out when he was having a nose around the engine bay and maybe played me for the nieve tit that I was!!
