Well coming from the 'VW scene' I buy into the less is more attitude when it comes to cars, Even more so when it comes to the engine bay. Now obviously the 'jap/300zx scene' is a bit different but is there any 300's out the with a very minimalist engine bay??

Cheers in advance

I,ve tried to tidy things up a bit , de-seamed the inner wings , removed the Hicas , moved the fusebox and fuel filter and used a different power steering pot that looked better than a standard one and tarted the engine up a bit .

I absolutely love that Boldy.. just right. and the de-seaming of the arches makes a huge difference.

Thats what im talking about xan lee, Still a few things id remove/hide in there but that is what im aiming for. Done a couple of hidden looms on the vr6's which is fun. Love it when you lift the bonnet and people are like there is no way that can start up and run!! There is alot of time involved in doing them but i think everyone will agree that its worth it. Probs do bits and pieces through the summer, then whip the engine out during winter to finish it off. That way i can freshen up the motor at the same time.

I have to agree the wheels have ruined that car, not so much the wheels but the fitment. 1.5'' less in the width on the rears and less camber and it could have been epic!!!

I think it looks a bit odd tbh. It takes away the size of the engine which makes it look so impressive. think it looks a tad naked lol!!!!

I needed to get rid of the old seam corrosion that a fair few of us have so i cut out the corroded steel and made up some new sections so while i was doing that i welded up any other visible seams and smoothed it all off .
