Sounds like it's buggered mate. The only good thing I can tell you is that you don't need to take the dash out to fit a new one. They are very hard to get hold off s/h as people tend to sell them with manual conversions. Last time I looked Nissan were charging over £500 for a new one :pinch:

The clutch will still work fine without but, as you've noticed it's much heavier.

This is what happened to mine. I just bit the bullet and bought a new one from the US. ConceptZ for $329 + ship (and the customs/handling rip off!).

A second hand one probably isn't going to last long even if you can find one...

can they be rebuilt is there a seal kit available was thinking can it be removed from pedal and can the pedal be put back without the booster was gone to take it appart and see whats gone on it found a place that can rebuild servos .

I dont know the answer to this, but cant it be bypassed? The NA doesnt have a clutch booster

I have bypassed it already pluged the vacum hose on bulkhead but pedal is mega stiff stiffer than a na zed as it has a stronger clutch cover (fingers) than a na this is to cope with engine torque diffrences in na and tt .Thats why i take it tts have boosters on .

Anything can be rebuilt, if you can find a place that does it, chances are it's either got a hole in the rubber diaphragm, or the metal casing is corroded and is leaking...

Off topic, but I was down Colchester a bit back, and was in stitches outside the 'Colchester Clock Museum', and someone had blacked out the 'L' in 'Clock' :)

mine has gone a few years ago now and absolutley no luck at all in finding a used one, i did a manual conversion and the used one only lasted a couple of years

its really hard to push down isnt it no fun on a hill in a queue and your leg muscles are failing

you dont need to remove the dash matey it will come out as i did the conversion and got it in bit fiddly though,

ive even googled if another nissan uses the same booster but no luck there

if you can find a seal kit then i wouldnt mind a try but i couldnt find any im afraid

let me know how you get on
