Thanks for the nice comments guys. It was alot of messing around but after finding the right technique and shaving the lip down a tiny bit on the poly mount it went in. The problem was the poly mounts are designed differently to the OEM bushes. They sit futher out of the subframe. 1 side this isnt a problem as the casing of the diff just slips inside the mount. But the other side the casing is different so the poly mount sits agaist the casing stopping the diff to sit in place correctly. We tried levering it in pushing agaist the poly bush but the bushes are solid and didnt give much at all. Plus it was also hard to find anything solid enough to lever off. The only thing we could do now is trim a little off the bush itself using a Dremmel. Only the outer face was trimmed so it wont effect the bush doing its job in anyway.

We measured and made sure it wasnt the subframe that was out of shape too and found to problems...so i guess its just a little design fault as both mounts are made exactly the same no left or right side bushes. I feel like ive been on a diff fitting crash course now haha i can fit these in my sleep.

In away yes its a Quaife ATB diff with N/A 4.10 leader gears so the ratio is pritty much the same as an N/A.

Im expecting good results with this combo hopefully.

Glad to hear that you got there mate, I was really beginning to feel for you.

Nice bit of feed back also,

It is good to for us to understand the main cause of the problems you experienced.

Nice one.

ps Looks Great by the way.

Dan just sent you a PM about AEM. Was your diff ready made with gears? Just that they don't just slot in and they do have to be shimmed which takes a fair bit of work and small tolerances.
