What's this to the left of my powersteering tank?

OK, stupid question. I believe it's related to the power steering/HICAS given it takes a feed from the tank but what exactly is it?

I ask because it needs to be moved slightly on my project car for some welding on the inner wing. I need to make sure it goes back properly but it would help if I knew what it was!

    as above its the hicas solonid. you could remove it and do a hicas delete on the rear while your at it.
